Portrait Sessions for maternity, family, children, and engagement begin at $350 and include the following:
- full session at the location of your choice
- a consultation to discuss your vision, ideas, location, and wardrobe suggestions
- 25+ custom edited and retouched digital images
- password protected gallery for viewing, downloading images and ordering prints
High School Senior packages range from $275 to $875.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy
My goal is to provide quality images that you will enjoy looking at for years to come and to provide a professional and comfortable experience! I do this by communicating and recognizing both mine and my clients’ expectations and capturing images that are consistent with the style represented on my website. Just as not every store or salon meets everyone’s style, not every photographer is for everyone. We all have different preferences and expectations and it is important to choose a photographer that meets your style. Since Melanie Chadwick Photography provides non-tangible irrevocable goods and services I do not issue refunds once the session or event is booked. If a client must cancel a scheduled session, another date can be chosen at the earliest convenience and client has within one year of original date to work with Melanie to find a suitable date. All deposit money will go toward a future session. If the photographer is unable to perform the duties promised in our contract due to emergency or weather, another date will be chosen. IF another date is not suitable, a full refund of session fee will be given back to the client. No refunds will be given once a session or event has taken place and digital files or proofs have been provided to the client. Reshoots are only given when weather or technical issues occur that prevent the images and or session from meeting the criteria mentioned. If there is any error on print orders you have ordered from Melanie Chadwick Photography, I will replace the print after the original is returned to me. This does not include errors due to the customer choosing the wrong image or product.
